Tornado Watch Includes Prince George's County
National Weather Service issued alert for much of the Baltimore-Washington area.
The National Weather Service has issued a tornado watch for much of the state, including Prince George’s County.
The watch is in effect until 8 p.m. on Monday, June 8.
A tornado watch means severe thunderstorms and tornadoes are possible.

Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Carroll, Charles, Frederick, Harford, Howard, Montgomery and Prince George’s counties are included in the watch area.
Baltimore City, the District of Columbia and parts of Virginia are also under the watch.
