Tractor-Trailer Plunges Off Beltway Overpass, Driver Killed
Authorities say no other vehicles were involved in the crash early Friday morning.
A truck driver died early Friday morning in Prince George’s County after his tractor-trailer plummeted from the Beltway overpass onto Suitland Parkway, authorities say.
No other injuries were reported in the crash.
Suitland Parkway is closed between Forestville Road and Route 4 because of the accident.

The tractor-trailer rig was carrying paper products. No other vehicles were involved, according to the Prince George’s County Fire Department via Twitter.
Authorities have not released the driver’s name or said what led the truck to plunge off the overpass.
