About Fostering Futures:
Fostering Futures is an initiative of Voices for Children (The Court Appointed Special Advocate Program, CASA) and in partnership with the Department of Social Services.
This is a network of caring individuals and organizations in Howard County who have come together to support youth who will be aging out of foster care.
Through the network, resources are sought to meet the needs of older foster youth, who have no family support.
Areas of concentration include employment, housing, transportation, education, health care, financial literacy and person skill training.
As needs arise, the network is notified and individuals/organizations respond to the needs they are able to fulfill.
