Drivers should take note that the State Highway Administration will be shifting three lanes of traffic on the Baltimore Beltway near Catonsville Saturday night in order to remove concrete traffic barriers and install pavement markings along the Interstate 695 outer loop between Route 40 and Frederick Road, reports Cameron Goodnight.
