Teen Package Thieves In Columbia Arrested: Police
Police said that Columbia package thieves were arrested thanks to the video sharing app Neighbors.
COLUMBIA, MD — Police said that two 13-year-old boys were arrested in a recent package theft in Columbia. Doorbell cameras assisted in closing the case, according to authorities.
The victim filed a police report after the theft in the 9500 block of Pamplona Road, according to the Howard County Police Department, which said it happened on Thursday, Nov. 29.
The resident had doorbell camera video, and neighbors shared videos of the theft, too. Those in the area used the Neighbors app, which police said helped lead to the arrests.
