Help Needed As Supplies 'Critically Low' At Pet Food Bank (patch.com) — Pet owners in Columbia are being asked to help restock the Howard County Animal Control and Adoption Center's Pet Food Bank, which is critically low on cat food, litter and dog food. Donations can be dropped off on Davis Road or ordered online, and adoption fees are waived through Aug. 31 as the center joins a statewide push to place 3,000 pets in new homes.
