Now, the Howard County Police Department has released what officials say is surveillance footage from a nearby business taken the night of the stabbing.
Based on the video, officials said the suspects seemed to be involved in a drug deal before the incident.
“In the video, two men conduct what appears to be a drug deal,” police said in a statement. “One man has a beard and the other is wearing a necklace. Shortly after that exchange, a third man is stabbed.”
Information about the suspects may qualify for a reward of up to $1,500. Tipsters can call 410-313-STOP or email HCPDcrimetips@howardcountymd.gov.
