Authorities hope the public can help identify a vehicle and driver that struck, and critically injured, a pedestrian in West Lanham Hills Wednesday night. It appears the vehicle, a 2003-2005 silver Ford Expedition or Lincoln Navigator, was eastbound on Annapolis Road when it struck a man who was walking in the roadway.
