Who: Dundalk Community members interested in volunteering to plant trees and native plants which will improve the water quality of the Bear Creek and Chesapeake Bay.

Why: The DRC will be working with volunteers to plant native trees and plants which will improve air quality, clean the waters of the Bear Creek and Chesapeake Bay by reducing stormwater runoff, improve business in the area, and keep our neighborhoods cool in the heat of the summer.
How to take part: Arrive at Dundalk Church of the Brethren at 12:30 PM with a full water bottle and wearing clothes that can get dirty. We will eat lunch at 12:30 PM then plant the trees and plants between 1-2PM. Water/gloves will be provided during the planting.
