Baltimore County Man Charged in Bathroom Peeping: Police
Detectives saw peeping tom in action at Security Square, Catonsville Home Depot and Columbia mall, police said.

A man accused of following men into public restrooms and trying to see their genitals is facing multiple charges, according to the Howard County Police Department.
Marc Scott Dawson, 48, of the 1900 block of Cross Trails Road in Gwynn Oak, has been charged with three counts of peeping tom and three counts of visual surveillance with lustful intent from offenses on Aug. 11 in Howard County, online court records show. He is also charged with three counts of peeping tom and three counts of visual surveillance with lustful intent in Baltimore County from incidents that occurred Aug. 13, according to court records.
The investigation began after a security guard at The Mall in Columbia told police that Dawson was following young men into the public restroom and trying to see their genitals, according to the report from police.

Columbia mall surveillance footage showed Dawson going into the bathroom 31 times in two hours, the report said.
During their investigation, Howard County detectives followed Dawson into the Security Square Mall in Windsor Mill and Home Depot in Catonsville, where they saw him repeating the same behavior in the men’s restroom, according to the report.

At Home Depot, police said a juvenile was one of the subjects of Dawson’s surveillance.
Police arrested Dawson on Aug. 20. He was released from the Howard County Detention Center on $15,000 bail that day, according to police.
Dawson faces charges in both Howard and Baltimore counties, according to police.
