Community Cleanup Involves A Kindred Spirit Of Dedication
Lee McBride works hard in making things better in his community.
Being the impetus behind a community group requires numerous skills that culminate in creating a quality of life that benefits all of us. It is that dedication that protects the values in that community for not only current residents but potential ones as well.
I know Lee McBride and I can tell you from firsthand experience that his dedication goes back years when he faced an uphill climb in achieving what is now considered a first class community association. Officially Lee is the President of the Boston Courts Home Owners Association.
How many people take the time to go door to door and deliver helpful literature while asking for volunteers to assist him and his band of helpers to get into the trenches of community action? And when I refer to trenches I’m talking deep thick areas of underbrush containing mountains of trash and tiny streams.

Recently I got a chance to capture some of Lee and other community members in action and applauded them for their dedication and hard work to make their living space a better place to live.
How many people would give up a Saturday after working hard all week to delve into this mess?
