I recently read an article in a Maryland newspaper stating that in Baltimore City there is approximately 200 vacant positions in their police department. If I was the Baltimore City Chief of Police filling those vacancies would be a top priority in my administration. Many church leaders are working to mobilize the citizens in their communities.............come on CHIEF, make recruitment a priority and fill those vacancies.
