Police Identify Victims in Double Homicide Near White Marsh
The couple was targeted, according to Baltimore County police.

The man and woman fatally attacked in Rosedale Monday morning were targeted, according to a report from the Baltimore County Police Department.
Charles William Mitter, 39, and Tyray Avia Wise, 26, were in their apartment in the 9800 block of Whitney Drive near White Marsh early Monday morning when they were attacked, police said.
First responders were called to the residence at 1:44 a.m. for a reported stabbing, according to police.

Neighbors called police after hearing multiple gun shots, according to ABC 2 News, which reported young children may have been in the apartment at the time as well.
Mitter was pronounced dead at the scene, and Wise was taken to Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center, where she later died, police said.

The suspects targeted the victims, according to authorities, who said there is no danger to the community.
