Attic Fire Near Triadelphia Road Is Out, HoCo Fire Officials Say
Crews were dispatched to a possible fire Monday night in Howard County and said they arrived to find smoke showing.
HOWARD COUNTY, MD — Smoke was showing when firefighters responded to a call about a possible fire near West Friendship Monday night, according to officials. Someone phoned in to say there was a potential fire in the attic around 10 p.m. Monday, Sept. 23, the Howard County Department of Fire and Rescue Services reported.
The blaze in the 3500 block of Rosemary Lane was quickly extinguished, the fire department said in an update before 10:15 p.m.
Crews were remaining at the scene to help salvage items and ensure all hot spots were out, according to authorities.

This was the second fire reported in Howard County in one hour. There was another in the Scaggsville area.
