Kittleman Portrait Unveiled In George Howard Building

The portrait was created by an Ellicott City photographer.

ELLICOTT CITY, MD — The official portrait of Howard County Executive Allan H. Kittleman was unveiled on Friday, Nov. 30. County officials joined Kittleman along with his friends and family to hang the portrait in the first-floor hallway of the George Howard Building.

Lt. Gov. Boyd Rutherford was among those in attendance.

Ellicott City photographer Pam Long created the portrait.

The likeness of the Republican county executive joins eight other portraits depicting previous county executives that are hung in the county administration building.

The reception for the portrait unveiling was at 3:30 p.m. in the lobby of the George Howard Building at 3430 Court House Drive in Ellicott City.
