The Cloverleaf: CM Punk... Best in the business today bar none!!

Wow, I really wanted to give you quick Monday night Raw results but the way that Raw went off the air was probably the best ending in 10-plus years of the show.

It is all over Facebook and Twitter and your best bet is to keep searching Youtube but you can also hope that you remembered to set your DVR to record Raw. However even then you may have missed most of the promo because my DVR always seems to cut out because of the overrun.

All that I can say is that between the first segment on Raw that Punk had with Shawn Michaels and followed by the promo at the end of the show  Vince McMahon needs to be sitting down in a hotel room in Las Vegas right now trying to hash out the issues that Punk has with the company and come to terms on a new contract. If not, then quite frankly, I think Vince has lost his mind.

I am going on record right now and saying hands down if WWE lets CM Punk walk it will be the third biggest loss to the WWE in the last decade and that is third only behind losing the Rock and Steve Austin on a full-time basis as performers. Yes that is a bold statement but Punk is an absolute incredible talent.

Actually here is a link that just popped up on Youtube of the promo, It will probably be killed by WWE before this even posts to the web. I cant even put this into words just watch it, Of everything that Punk said I think I was most shocked to hear the word “wrestler” mentioned on WWE programming, I can't remember the last time that I heard that.

There is so much action in Social Media over this I just want to get this blog posted, I could keep cutting and pasting all night. Everyone in the business is talking about this, what a great spark, hopefully it lasts, please leave your thoughts.
