Dr. Herm Davis, President of the College Financial Aid and Counseling Services (CFACES), is a nationally recognized authority on financial aid resources for higher education. Dr. Davis has been a leader in the field of financial aid and scholarship information for higher education for over thirty five years, and served as Director of Financial Aid at Montgomery College, MD for eighteen years. He is the founder and developer of the College Aid Sources for Higher Education (CASHE - a computerized Financial Aid Scholarship System), and the author of many books and publications.
