7:30 - 8:30 Presentation by Amanda Matheny, Watershed Protection Specialist with the City of Rockville's Environmental Management Division* will be speaking about how the city monitors watershed health and water quality. The city makes use of an army of volunteers and a testing strategy that may be possible on the Muddy Branch.
