Join us for an enriching women's circle, where women share hopes, concerns and challenges in a safe, non-judgmental supportive environment. The group format takes an informative, hands-on approach with plenty of activities, exercises and discussions led by Orly Katz, an experienced certified professional counselor. This Women’s Circle focuses on establishing and maintaining healthy relationships with spouses, children, extended family and friends.
Join our circle and look forward to developing such skills as:
* Setting healthy boundaries
* Communicating more effectively
* Managing anger and frustration
* Building a strong support system
* Reducing stress
* Enhancing assertiveness
When: July 18th- August 22th, for a total of 6 meetings. Wednsdays at 7:00-8:15pm.
Where: 349 main Street, Suite 1, Gaithersburg (Kentlands), MD 20878
Cost : $25 per session.
