Gaithersburg Shooting Victim Hospitalized, Cops Look For Suspects
A Gaithersburg robbery and shooting sent one man to the hospital, Montgomery County Police said. They believe there are three suspects.
GAITHERSBURG, MD — A 31-year-old man has been hospitalized after three masked men approached him, demanded his wallet and keys, and then shot him, Montgomery County Police said.
Police said the victim did hand over his wallet and keys before one of the suspects still shot him several times. The victim is in stable condition. The shooting took place around 6 a.m. on Sunday at the 9000 block of Emory Grove Road in Gaithersburg.
Police are asking that people nearby who have surveillance cameras check them to see if they caught footage of the suspects running away.
