Yoga for Runners!

Sunday October 19, 2014 from 6-8pm @ Yoga Bliss Studios 404 Main St, Gaithersburg MD 20878

This workshop will include postures and stretches to open and strengthen both the running and stabilizing muscles as well as some simple breathing exercises and meditation to cultivate calm and mental stamina.  Prior to our practice we will discuss some brief sequences you may practice at home and integrate into your training.  We will also discuss how to modify and adapt your yoga practice to accommodate and heal common running-related injuries.
