Creativity and experimentation (or maybe just plain trial and error) have taught us that we can diversify when pairing wines with locally produced foods. We have selected a variety of local cheeses and baked goods for our January tasting. The cheeses to be sampled will include Swiss Cheese, Munster Cheese, Cheddar Cheese, Vegetable Colby Cheese, Chesapeake Cheese and Tomato - Basil Cheese. Freshly baked dessert will include Apple Turnovers and Chocolate Spiced Cake.
