Nolan had been missing since Tuesday night, when he and a friend were in the friend’s canoe for a fishing trip after dark by Lee’s Landing in Port Deposit, according to the report.

A small craft advisory had been issued for the region, and the pair was knocked into the water after a burst of wind capsized their boat, Natural Resources Police spokeswoman Candy Thomson said.
