HAVRE DE GRACE, MD — Emergency personnel converged at Solvay on Revolution Street Saturday night due to a hazardous materials incident outside the building, according to officials. After 7:15 p.m., the Susquehanna Hose Company reported its crew and the Harford County Department of Emergency Services were at the scene.
