The Havre de Grace Police Department provided the following information about recent incidents.  Pots and pans as well as a 24-inch TV were stolen from the 100 block of South Union Avenue. The items had been left unattended next to a shed at 11:30 p.m. on Oct. 31.  Political signs were damaged in the 700 block of Warren Street, reported at 11 a.m. on Oct. 31. The damage was minor.  A theft was reported in the 400 block of Lafayette Street at 10 a.m. on Oct. 31. The incident is under investigation.  A theft was reported in the 1700 block of Chapel Road at 11 a.m. on Oct. 30.  An assault on Revolution Street was reported at 9:40 p.m. on Oct. 28. The incident was referred to the commissioner.  An iPhone 7 with an estimated value of $800 was reported lost in the 700 block of Congress Avenue at approximately 4:40 p.m. on Oct. 28.  Tools were taken from a vehicle on Tidewater Drive at Kathryn Way, reported before 4:30 a.m. on Oct. 28.  A blue Ford F-350 was stolen from the 1100 block of Oak Tree Drive.
