Imagine a creative, fun evening of Art Night Out with local artist Ellen Cornett! Ellen is known for her pastel drawings and rich colors in playful renderings of classic folk tales. Hang out with Ellen and other art enthusiasts mixing, mingling, and making hands-on art.

Get ready for an entertaining, interactive performance of traditional Korean percussion! The Washington Samulnori will delight you with their repertoire integrating influences of folk and religious music from Korea. The origins of their music can be traced to farmers’ band music and ceremonial music, however, their intricate rhythms have become quite uniquely their own.
