Baltimore County Office Building Sells For $2.2 Million

A commercial office building in Baltimore County, dating back to the 1970s, recently sold for $2.2 million. The 16,875-square-foot space known as the Weber Missick Building was sold to HQ2 Office Suites LLC at nearly 100% occupancy, according to MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services.
