A Halloween Spook-tacular Rescue Dog Event
Those looking to add a furry member to their family and those who just want a reason to dress their dog up should attend - all are welcome!

The Big Bad Woof Pet Store located at 5501 Baltimore Ave., in Hyattsville, MD will be hosting it’s first dog adoption event with Operation Paws for Homes (OPH) on Saturday, Oct. 31, from noon to 3:00 pm.
Rescue dogs saved by OPH from high-kill rural shelters will be there in costumes hoping to find loving homes.
Families are welcome to start off Halloween with a stop at the Big Bad Woof and a visit with OPH dogs. Meet fellow dog lovers, say hello to rescue dogs and maybe see a trick or get a treat!

OPH is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization rescuing dogs of all breeds and ages from high-kill shelters in an effort to reduce euthanasia rates. Having just celebrated it’s 5-year anniversary, OPH has quickly become one of the larger dog rescue groups serving the DC metro area, thanks in no small part to support from an amazing network of volunteers and supporters like the Big Bad Woof.
The Big Bad Woof is a wonderful venue specializing in high quality pet foods, supplements and supplies. The Big Bad Woof is also a Green America green business, in addition to offering organic and eco-friendly products, it also offers fair trade items, and has merchandise sourced from local and North American companies, with preference given to small manufacturers.
