• Groundhog Tests Positive For Rabies In Jarrettsville (patch.com) — A groundhog found near the 3800 block of Old Federal Hill Road in Jarrettsville has tested positive for rabies, and health officials warn it may have exposed people or pets nearby. Residents are urged to contact the Harford County Health Department if they or their animals had contact with a groundhog in that area and to keep pets vaccinated, leashed, and away from wildlife.
