Police: Homeless Man Stabs Christmas Eve Well-Wisher
It might be the ‘season of giving,’ but the effort isn’t always appreciated. A homeless man allegedly stabbed another man in Glen Burnie after the victim gave him a few dollars on Christmas Eve.
Edward Wayne Kramer, 52, allegedly told the victim following the attack that he “was not going to be poor on Christmas.” He reportedly demanded all of the victim’s money. >>>read more.
