How to move on?

Here in Maryland if you are a victim of therapy abuse, you are probably wondering how to move on after realizing what your therapist did to you.  Do you tell?  If you tell who will believe you?  Who do you tell?  Will family members and friends look at you the same way?
In Maryland there isn't a crime against therapy abuse, in fact they don't believe it could happen.  The police won't help you, the board of directors won't help you, is there anyone out there that would understand and help?
Victims are in it alone and the more they try to reach for help the more doors that gets closed in their face.  How do you move on from something like this when there are no punishments for doing wrong, no recourse you can take, nobody to turn to.  It is almost like the suffer in silence.
Lynette's Law for Maryland is here to help these victims and help fight to get their lives back.  Lynette's law will be back this year fighting to make this a law and that therapists don't get away with it.  But, they need your help.  Show your support and help us fight the epidemic of therapist abuse and help the victims to move on with their lives.  They will always be effected by what happen to them but at least they can start the healing process knowing there are people out there that will help.
