Part of Harford Road Closed for Tree Down
Transportation officials said closure to last through rush hour.
Harford Road is closed at Factory Road in the Glen Arm area Tuesday morning, according to the Maryland State Highway Administration.
According to the administration, the closure will last through the Tuesday morning rush hour due to a fallen tree.
