• MoCo Driver Faces Manslaughter Charges In Deadly Crash: Police (patch.com) — Rockville readers are learning that a 24-year-old local man now faces two counts of negligent manslaughter by vehicle after a March crash on Norbeck Road near East Gude Drive. Police say he was driving a BMW M8 at up to 126 mph with a blood alcohol level above the legal limit when he lost control, leading to a violent rollover that killed his two 24-year-old passengers. The driver, who was seriously injured, turned himself in on August 28 and is currently free on a $5,000 unsecured bond.
