New Leadership Announced at Cadence Olney, A Modern Aging Community

Cadence Olney is proud to announce Sean Connor as the new Executive Director of the senior living community, a member of the Cogir family of communities. Connor brings extensive leadership experience from several fields including the senior living industry.

Connor is honored to have this opportunity to serve the residents at Cadence Olney and says his goal is to help provide them with an engaging and supportive community. After owning and operating a senior living community in the late 1990s, he spent time as a corporate security director/investigator and a middle school teacher before returning to the senior living industry. He proudly served in the United States Marine Corps, and three of his four children have served on active duty in the armed forces. Having volunteered for the armed forces, Connor shares a sense of pride with our service men and women and senior veterans, which inspires him to lead a community that honors the service of military veterans and their families. Love for the senior population runs in his family, as his wife is a geriatric nurse and dementia trainer.
