• MoCo Police Identify Mother Killed In Pedestrian Crash (patch.com) — Rockville residents are learning more about the pedestrian crash at Chapman Avenue and Twinbrook Parkway that killed 44-year-old mother Raoudha Khelifi and injured her 4-year-old son. Police say the driver stayed at the Rockville scene and is cooperating, while investigators continue to seek witnesses and additional information about what led to the fatal collision.
