Rockville Armed Robbery Suspects Sought by Police
A man was robbed at knifepoint at an apartment complex in the 14000 block of Cove Lane in Rockville. A reward is being offered.

Montgomery County Police hope the public can lead them to two suspects accused of robbing a man at knifepoint at a Rockville apartment complex.
A third suspect -- Herberth A. Jimenez, 18, of Langley Park -- was arrested in the armed robbery June 21 following a traffic stop. Police say Jimenez was carrying a spring-loaded knife and had the victim’s credit card.
Detectives are still searching for two other suspects involved in the robbery and a cash reward is being offered.

The robbery happened at an apartment building in the 14000 block of Cove Lane in Rockville. The 30-year-old victim told police one of the three suspects involved had a knife.
Before the robbery, the victim told police he saw three Hispanic males near a Dumpster in the apartment complex. The suspects approached the victim, then one of the suspects jumped on the man’s back, while the others took his credit cards and other items. Someone later used the victim’s credit card at an area car wash.

Police charged Jimenez with armed robbery and theft. He is being held on a $15,000 bond.
Detectives are trying to identify the two remaining suspects. The suspects are described only as wearing all dark clothing with dark hair.
