As police search Concord Pond, new details in homicide of 17-year-old teen (delawareonline.com) — A homicide investigation centered on Concord Pond in Seaford now has a Salisbury connection, as one of the 19-year-old suspects was arrested in Salisbury before being extradited to Delaware. Police say two men face first-degree murder and related charges in the shooting death of 17-year-old Jacob Rinier during an alleged marijuana deal, while divers continue searching the pond for evidence.
