18-Year-Old Woman Is Missing: Montgomery County Police
Eighteen-year-old Katie Aracely Najera Ramirez was last seen at home on Oct. 20. Police and family members are concerned for her welfare.
SILVER SPRING, MD — The Montgomery County Police Department is asking for the public's help in finding a missing Piney Branch teenager, officials said. Family members last saw Katie Aracely Najera Ramirez, 18, at her home in the 8800 block of Piney Branch Road around 7 a.m. on Oct. 20.
Investigators describe Ramirez as a 5-foot-6, 150-pound Hispanic female with black hair and brown eyes. Both her family and the police are concerned for Ramirez's physical and emotional wellbeing.
Authorities ask that anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Ramirez contact the Montgomery County Police Department's 24-hour, non-emergency number at 301-279-8000. Callers can remain anonymous.
