Man Facing Charges Over Murder-For-Hire Case In Montgomery County: Police (patch.com) — Silver Spring readers are learning more about the 2025 killing of resident Jonah Kimindu Mutua, after police charged Burtonsville man Bekine Tibebu Ayele with first-degree murder in an alleged murder-for-hire plot. Investigators say Ayele hired another man, already under indictment, to carry out the shooting on Fairdale Terrace, and Ayele is now being held pending upcoming court hearings.
