www.mdmunicipal.org Offers Increased Access to Information, Activities and Initiatives Designed to Increase Communication Among Leaders of Maryland's Cities and Towns
The Maryland Municipal League – which represents the state’s 157 municipal governments and two special taxing districts, and their combined 1.5 million residents – today announced the launch of a significantly enhanced website that will strengthen municipalities across the state through improved communication and interaction. The newly redesigned website, www.mdmunicipal.org, offers members better access to League information, activities and initiatives, enabling municipal leaders to receive real-time updates and information.
“We are delighted to offer a new, more streamlined site that allows members to stay informed, connected, and involved,” said Scott A. Hancock, executive director of the Maryland Municipal League. “In today's technologically advanced society, our members are benefitting more and more through improved communication that enables us to easily stay connected throughout the state."
