Yoga as Medicine Series

Known for its positive impact on overall wellness, yoga can be highly effective in addressing specific health concerns, such as headaches, back pain, grief, and addictions. Join us for this unique series as Maryland's top yoga teachers come together to present current research and share techniques that promote healing, reduce stress, and increase vitality.

October 29th - The Power of Breath to Deepen Yoga's Healing Benefits
November 5th - Yoga for Menopause
November 12th - Out-Loud Meditation: Find Your Voice & Speak Your Honest Truth
November 19th - Yoga for Grief and Loss
December 3rd - Yoga for Depression and Anxiety
December 10th - Using Creativity Inspired by Yoga to Cope with Work Stress
