Hurricane Dorian made landfall over Cape Hatteras Friday morning en route to Southern Maryland, which may get whipped with windy conditions that could topple trees, and the Eastern Shore could become significantly affected by flooding. The storm chased drivers away from Ocean City's inlet, and affected Bay Bridge traffic.
