Bobby's Burger Palace Now Open at Towson Square
Baltimore County executive makes special request of restaurant owner Bobby Flay.

When Bobby’s Burger Palace opened this week at Towson Square, Baltimore County Executive Kevin Kamenetz challenged restaurant owner Bobby Flay to add one more thing.
“We need a Towson burger on your menu,” Kamenetz said

The restaurant is one of 19 Bobby’s Burger Palaces nationwide, all of which offer specialty burgers, milkshakes and fries. The closest one is at Maryland Live! casino in Hanover.
On the menu, there are some burgers named for cities, such as the Dallas burger (spice-crusted with Monterey Jack cheese, BBQ sauce, coleslaw and pickles) and the Philadelphia burger (Provolone cheese, griddled onions and hot peppers).

Kamentez suggested the signature Towson burger could be made using Baltimore County ingredients, with Roseda beef, McCormick spices and H&S Bakery hamburger buns.
Flay was not at the grand opening in Towson but will reportedly make an appearance in Towson this fall.
The burger palace is the latest of several eateries to open at Towson Square. Other restaurants there include Nando’s Peri-Peri, On the Border, Bonefish Grill and BJ’s Restaurant and Brewhouse.
This fall, Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt, Hanabi Japanese Grill & Sushi and World of Beer are also expected to open in the entertainment district.
Bobby’s Burger Palace is at 515 Virginia Avenue in Towson.
