Emergency Personnel at Fairgrounds Are Training: Police

TIMONIUM, MD — There may be a noticeable presence of first responders at the Maryland State Fairgrounds in Timonium on Friday, and public safety officials said it was no cause for alarm.

Baltimore County Fire Department and Baltimore County Police Department personnel will be conducting training exercises at the fairgrounds off York Road, officials said Friday morning.

"Expect unusual activity," police said in a statement.

The training will conclude by the end of day Friday, according to officials.
