Man With Cognitive Condition Has Been Found: Police

TOWSON, MD — Authorities say a man who has a cognitive condition that requires medication has been located after disappearing from Towson.

Mark Pickett, 23, left Glendale Road at 9 a.m. on Sunday, Oct. 18, without cash, phone or cards, police said. He was last seen wearing blue track pants with a multicolored jacket, blue track pants and a blue t-shirt, according to officials.

He is 5 feet, 9 inches tall and 145 pounds.

By Monday night, police said Pickett had been found.
