People Encouraging People Names Amy Much to Its Board of Directors
Founder of The Fine Print, LLC Brings Strategic Legal Expertise to PEP

People Encouraging People (PEP), a nonprofit organization dedicated to fostering recovery, resiliency, and independence for individuals with mental health support needs living in Baltimore City and five surrounding counties, has named Amy Much to its Board of Directors.
Much is Founder and General Counsel of Annapolis-based The Fine Print, LLC, a fractional general counsel practice providing strategic legal leadership to growth-stage companies. She brings more than 20 years of in-house legal experience, advising executive teams and boards on governance, compliance, commercial contracting, risk management, transactions, and business strategy, to PEP.

Prior to founding The Fine Print, Much served as General Counsel of Protenus, a digital healthcare technology company, where she led legal strategy surrounding the company’s acquisition and advised on healthcare compliance, data privacy, cybersecurity, intellectual property, and corporate governance.

Much has also held senior legal and compliance leadership roles at Under Armour, where she built and led the company’s global ethics and compliance program. She is admitted to practice law in Maryland and the District of Columbia.
People Encouraging People was founded in 1982 to provide an array of behavioral health and supportive services across Maryland, including psychiatric rehabilitation, outpatient mental health, substance use treatment, and housing support.
