Three New Directors Named to The Arc Baltimore Board

Three new members have been elected to the Board of Directors of The Arc Baltimore.

The new Directors, each of whom will serve a three-year term, are:

• Darrin Brown, President and CEO of McClung-Logan Equipment Company (a subsidiary of ML Holdings Company);
• Megan Pringle, Senior Content Strategist with Baltimore County Government and former anchor/reporter at WBAL-TV; and
• Rico Winston, Director of the Urban Development Group and a parent advocate.

“These three outstanding people bring a broad range of talents and a depth of experience to The Arc Baltimore’s Board of Directors,” says Kathleen McNally Durkin, the organization’s Chief Executive Officer.

Durkin continues, “As we come out of COVID, I am very confident that the addition of these individuals to The Arc Baltimore Board, coupled with our new slate of officers and returning Directors, will put our organization in an excellent position to deal with the challenges and opportunities that will present themselves in the year ahead.”

In addition to the new Board members, The Arc Baltimore’s 2021 Annual Meeting and Awards Ceremony featured the election of new officers and award recognitions for those who have gone above and beyond in their service to The Arc Baltimore.

“The hard work and dedication of our Board, our award recipients and nominees, and so many others, is the critical component which enables The Arc Baltimore to support people with developmental disabilities to lead fulfilling lives with a sense of belonging, purpose, and meaningful relationships,” Durkin concludes.
