Pictured, these two dogs are at Baltimore County Animal Services after being found on their own in Towson this week. ”Pepper” the German Shepherd was delivered to the shelter on July 13 after being found on Cromwell Bridge Road; her identification is ACIMP-2015-03358. “Cecilia” was brought to the facility from Doves Cove Road on July 15; her ID is ACIMP-2015-03402.
