Towson Residents Sound Off on Snowplowing

How have the roads in your neighborhood fared during the blizzard? Find out what your neighbors said on Facebook.

TOWSON, MD—As of 8 a.m. Sunday the blizzard warning for Maryland has been lifted. Over the weekend, Winter Storm Jonas brought up to 32 inches of snow to towns across Baltimore County.

No travel ban was issued for Towson throughout the storm, but Governor Larry Hogan is still urging residents to stay off the roads while crews get to work.

We asked Patch readers in Towson how they felt about the plowing done on their block. Here’s what they said:

  • “We have not seen a snow plow yet”
  • “I’m happy they are working hard. If the main roads aren’t clear what good would clearing neighborhood roads be? Patience is needed here.”
