A project north of the Fort McHenry Tunnel (pictured) came to fruition last week with the opening of new ramps from MD Route 43 to Interstate 95. The work was one phase in the Express Toll Lane project, which aims to ease congestion on I-95 by providing four additional lanes between I-895 and MD 43. That project is expected to be complete in December. Photo Credit: Elizabeth Janney.
